Final Report
Design a one day long postharvest training program for your clientele. Choose any of the postharvest technologies that were covered in the training materials you read during Assignment #5. 聽A powerpoint presentation is considered an audio-visual training aid because you provide both something to look at and a written and oral explanation. 聽
A sample report is included for reference. Please do not select the same topic as provided in the sample report.
Prepare a report on the training program which includes the following sections:
1) Title and your name
2) Agenda (maximum of one day)
3) Objective(s) of the program聽
4) Audience (location, types and numbers)
5) Resources needed (number and type of instructors, training materials, tools, equipment, etc)
6) Outline of the training to be provided, with technical details and references聽
7) A sample audio-visual training aid (a poster, video or ppt). 聽
8) Costs and benefits of adopting the recommended postharvest technology or technologies -- use the C/B worksheet provided
9) Expected learning outcomes
10) Draft (estimated) budget for the training program -- prepare this page as if it were part of a proposal that you wish to get funded.
