Application forms for the IBS Ph.D Program may be requested from the 扣扣传媒University Office of Admissions (1-800-622-6531) or downloaded directly from the Internet (www.tuskegee.edu/admissions). The application fee for the IBS Ph.D. Program is $35.00 and is non-refundable. Additional fees are required for international 扣扣传媒 using the WES service, as indicated on the application form. The regular deadline for application to the IBS Ph.D Program is December. The
